Dan is the most recent addition to the Tufts coaching staff. He joins the Jumbos after a very successful career as a captain, All Region, and All American runner at Amherst College. Most recently, Dan posted the fastest time in the nation last spring over 10,000m. His 29:45 at the Penn Relays gave him the top seed going into the National Championships.

Hailing from Crestwood, Kentucky, Dan majored in Political Science and graduated with honors from Amherst. His move to Tufts opens the doors to degrees in Philosophy and Classics. He will be a great addition to the Tufts squad bringing a deep understanding of what it takes to be a national caliber athlete at a challenging academic institution.
